Carla looks so much like my Kindergarten teacher. she is so petite and beautiful. I remember being just averaged sized when I was in Kindergarten and this teacher was so nice and very encouraging. I loved how she would give us hugs and be so positive. I never thought of her as tiny because I was in Kindergarten and she seemed tall to me. I did love how she would take off her heels in class and just walk around in pantyhose a lot.

Fast forward to when I was in High School. My only Sister was a lot younger than me and in this Kindergarten class with this teacher. I was now a Senior in High School and even though I was average height all the way through Elementary School i took a huge growth spurt in middle school and high school. I was now over 7 feet tall in High School.

I hadn’t seen this teacher in probably 11 years and was going to pick up my little sister from her class one day. My little sister had told this teacher I was coming to pick her up and the Teacher told her to make sure and talk to her so she could say hi. I started thinking about how nice and pretty this Teacher was and I started to get excited to see her again and how surprised she would be to see me so tall. I had no idea she was only 4’9″ and we were both in for such a shock.

Her jaw hit the floor when she saw me and I was well over two feet taller than her. She took off her heels and measured herself to me and was right at my waist in height. She couldn’t get enough of comparing herself to me and was laughing the whole time. Her hands and feet and everything was so tiny. she kept putting her arm around me and looking way up to me telling me how tiny she felt to have her little kindergarten boy tower over her. she had to look straight up to talk to me.

She hugged me goodbye but was so far down to me that I asked her if she would like me to pick her up for a hug and she laughed and said yes. I loved it because she hugged me tight as I lifted her up because she said it was scary to be that high up. I looked in one of the mirrors in the class and her little feet dangled high in the air. What a great time.
